At Babson Real Estate Advisors, we believe that our employees need to have real life experience before they can recommend strategies and solutions to our clients. The average tenure of a Babson employee is twenty years in commercial real estate. We’ve handled millions of square feet and billions of dollars in leasing and project work for our clients. We’ve enjoyed success, but have also endured and learned from our failures.

Perhaps our greatest value proposition is that we've been on both side of the table. Before joining Babson we were Lawyers, Accountants, Project Managers, and CFO's.
