Kristine Meyer with Babson Real Estate Advisors is currently specializing as a Vice President of Corporate Services providing Tenant Representation services for national clients. Her specialties include Real Estate Banking, Medical and Corporate Clients including Office, Retail and Industrial Markets.

Kristine is a cross functional leader with over 22 years of Corporate Real Estate experience in Transaction Management, Project Management and Property Management with a track record of success. Before joining the Babson team, Kristine specialized as a Tenant Representative for national corporate clients such as Carndo, DaVita, and Clear Channel across the country. Prior to her Transaction Management roll, she was an experienced Senior Project Manager working with corporate clients such as Bank of America, Aetna, PriceWaterhouseCoopers, ING and Raymond James where she provided strategic planning, due diligence, site assessment, and design/construction management services. Kristine’s greatest strength is building and maintaining strong relationships with the client, which has led to her success in both Transaction and Project Management arenas.

Kristine has enjoyed fostering animals for over 20 years for various organizations. She was also a dedicated 8-year member of Big Brothers/Big Sisters of Tampa Bay and received the prestigious award of Big Sister of the Year for Tampa Bay, 2003.

She currently enjoys spending time with her husband and two children enjoying Cub Scout events with her son and they also enjoy white water rafting, boating, wakeboarding and riding roller coasters.
